At Career Employment Australia LTD, we aim to support all of our students and provide access to the educational and support services needed to successfully complete the qualification. While we will make every effort to provide as much support as possible for students to achieve the required level of competency, assistance and support with LLN skills is a specialised area. If you self-identify as experiencing difficulties with the requirements of the course or a trainer and assessor encourages you to complete our LLN assessment and that assessment identifies that you would benefit from some LLN support, we will generally refer to you the Reading Writing Hotline for further assistance.

If a Qualification, Statement of Attainment or Record of Results is misplaced or damaged, the learner or past learner may request the re-issue of the misplaced or damaged document by contacting Career Employment Australia LTD on the following email address:
For privacy reasons, the request must be made by the learner (or past learner) and the original or a certified copy of one of the following identification documents must be sighted by a Director of Career Employment Australia LTD
·Driver's licence; or
·Australian Passport; or
·Australian Birth Certificate;
or if the learner (or past learner) doesn't have any of the above, the following will be accepted:
·Naturalisation Certificate (Australian Citizenship); and a Current Green Medicare Card
The fee may apply for the re-issuance of documentation
Certification documentation will be issued within 10 calendar days of a complete request being submitted provided:
·payment has been received if required, and
·entitlement to the documentation has been confirmed - the learner (or past learner) requesting the documentation is the learner (or past learner) to whom the documentation was originally issued.

Under the new system, all students will require a USI (Unique Student Identifier) to study a VET (Vocational Education and Training) from 2015.
If you don't already have a USI you can apply for one, or alternatively give the RTO (Registered Training Organsiation) permission to apply for one on your behalf.
